About us
This is our story!
The family company STUDIO BASIS is led by two brothers, Igor Toccaceli and Nino Šurija, already the fourth generation in the construction family.
We, Nino Šurija from Vodice and Igor Tocacelli from Italy, we are specialized in construction and sale of real estate. For many years now we sail in the architectural waters and we are pleased to say that in this we continue to enjoy the same enjoyment as it was in the ancient 2004. year when we have started our own business. Our projects mainly speak about us and our business. On each project we work dedicated and we require from our associates and partners the same, highest level of quality and professionalism.
Our team
STUDIO BASIS has 46 permanent employees as well as three civil engineers and two civil tehnician, who, on the other side, gather two teams around them. The experience and professionalism of our workers on construction sites, our own equipment and support by renowned manufacturers of construction materials and machines are the key to quality and efficiency. We guarantee the quality and professional relation with the client, manufacturers, supervisors and the presence on the construction sites when performing the work. STUDIO BASIS performs the control of the performance of the work to smallest details.
